Cody-Powell Highway - Cody Northeast Phase I and II
This project consisted of 6.42 miles of 5-lane highway design. Due to funding constraints the project was split into two sections. The phase I total project cost was $11 million and Phase II is estimated to cost $8 million. GDA Engineers worked closely with all WYDOT departments and finalized the construction documents for bidding. Additionally, GDA Engineers prepared staking reports for construction.
